U.S. Order Info

NOTE: THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEEING DELIVERY TIMES ON ANY PACKAGES EXCEPT EXPEDITED EXPRESS PACKAGES. Some delivery times may be 3-5 days longer than normal.

Orders may be placed online using the Shopping Cart & Checkout or may be placed by phone by calling (+420)289273826.

To add items to shopping cart, click on item and add to cart. Once you have selected your items, you may calculate your shipping costs prior to checkout or you may proceed directly to Checkout.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa (credit card or U.S. debit cards) or plombierpontoise Gift Card. Sorry, we cannot accept International Debit Cards. Money Order accepted only for orders placed by phone.

If paying by credit or debit card, make sure that the card number, expiration date, validation code AND billing address are entered correctly. Failure to provide correct information may cause card to be declined.

Paying with Money Order:
You may pay using a Money Order, but only for orders placed by phone. 

Money Orders should be made out to plombierpontoise and mailed to Na Výspě 1282, Billings, MT 59106. Payment should be received within 10 business days of receiving order confirmation. If payment is not received within 10 business days, the order may be cancelled.

SHIPPING INFO:

We ship by either UPS or USPS.  Please be sure to include a PO Box number if your physical address does not accept USPS mail delivery.

All UPS package shipping rates (Ground, 3rd, 2nd or Next Day) are based on the weight and actual dimensions of the package. Orders with multiple large size items will be considered an Oversize package and shipping rates may be higher.

You can add items to the shopping cart and when you are done go to the "Get Shipping Estimates" area on the shopping cart page to see the shipping options and prices available for your order.

DELIVERY TIME:
Orders paid by credit card or money order are normally shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. on Friday or on Saturday are shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Sunday are shipped on Mondy. U.S. Priority Mail delivery is 3-5 working days. UPS or US Parcel Post Mail delivery time is 3-6 working days, depending on destination (see map below).

Day order is placed is not a transit day. Shipping time begins the next day. All delivery times are approximate and are not guaranteed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday or Holidays are not counted as a working day.

plombierpontoise is not responsible for delays caused due to adverse weather conditions or delays caused by package carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event you want to cancel an existing order, there may be a cancellation fee.

If an order has been received and the credit card has not been charged, there will be no cancellation fee.

If an order has been received and the credit card has been charged, then a 3% fee will be deducted from the credit refund to cover card processing fees we incur which are not refundable.

If an order has already been shipped, then it cannot be canceled. ALL return fees will be at customer expense. Customers will receive a refund for the amount charged for the items returned, not for original shipping costs.
